Isa M. Núñez, is a Vice President, Facilities Design & Construction at Jackson Health System in Miami, FL. In that position she provides leadership and management of a $1.5Billion capital program delivering 6 Signature Projects in 4 years including 2 new full service specialty hospitals and renovation of 4 existing hospitals to enhance service as the Miami-Dade County safety net health care provider. From 2013 to 2014, she was Chief of Engineering Services at PortMiami where she led the seaport capital program and oversaw the rail reconnection program as well as the PortMiami tunnel project. Most of Ms. Núñez’s professional life was spent working for the Florida Department of Transportation, entering as a professional engineer trainee and rising through the ranks to construction program manager of the Miami Intermodal Center and the $1 billion PortMiami Tunnel project. Ms. Núñez has a BS in civil engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida.
